Tasks:
- Direct contact and interface with end users in order to resolve L2/L3 incidents
- Resolve incidents affecting the business, in coordination with suppliers and vendors
- Work on L2 and L3 support activities for incident management
- Coordinate post mortem of incidents and problems, and create knowledge management documents
- Identify trends and actively work on the root cause analysis of the PKI and digital signature systemsalongside system administrators
- Identify and lead initiatives to improve customer experience and customer satisfaction

Required Skills:
Graduated in informatics, business informatics or a similar qualification

Knowledge and experience:
- in IT / information systems
- in information systems, ideally in digital signature solutions and PKI solutions and services
- in IT security, cryptography, digital certification, PKI and digital signature
- English fluent
- German and French are an advantage
